The Department of Psychology at the University of New Brunswick invites applications for a 9-month appointment at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor. The position requires expertise in applied behaviour analysis. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses, direct the Applied Behaviour Analysis Certificate Program, and supervise students. The Department of Psychology offers undergraduate and graduate programs in psychology and biology-psychology, as well as PhD programs in Clinical Psychology.
UNB is a diverse campus community with a small student-to-faculty ratio. The university is surrounded by natural beauty and has a vibrant array of culture and art. The Department of Psychology stands on the traditional unceded and unsurrendered territory of Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet).
The successful candidate will be expected to have a Ph.D in Psychology with a strong background in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a Ph.D. in Applied Behaviour Analysis with a strong background in psychology. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the time of appointment is required.
