Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement supply chain solutions using BY Enterprise Supply Planning applications.
  • Liaise with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and problem statements.
  • Conduct functional design workshops to cover BY ESP modules.
  • Validate design decisions and requirements.
  • Drive and deliver show and tell sessions for customers.
  • Contribute to technical design activities and prepare solution design documents.
  • Ensure all requirements are considered in design with requirements traceability matrix.
  • Review solution designs with stakeholders and obtain sign-off.
  • Suggest best practices from BY processes standpoint.
  • Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
  • Carry out development/implementation tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in implementing/supporting BY Enterprise Supply Planning applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in liaising with business users/client managers/specialists to understand requirements/problem statements for BY ESP.
  • Ability to perform supply solution design independently in functional areas.
  • Experience in conducting functional design workshops with customers to cover BY ESP modules.
  • Validating each requirement and design decisions from the discovery workshop outcome.
  • Driving and delivering show and tell sessions (CRP) for customers on solution if requested.
  • Contributing and supporting technical design activities.
  • Preparing solution design document, covering business processes and scope.
  • Ensuring all requirements are considered in design with requirements traceability matrix.
  • Review of solution design with stakeholders and sign-off.
  • Suggesting best practices from BY processes standpoint.
  • Taking decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
  • Carrying out development/implementation tasks as required.
