Job Title: Creative Services Specialist

As a Creative Services Specialist at Dexterra Group, you will be responsible for leading and delivering world-class creative outputs. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, communication, and proposal teams to provide creative solutions and develop branded assets across Dexterra's diverse business lines and operating brands.

Key responsibilities include developing and refining our visual brand identity, conceptualizing and designing visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and other marketing collateral, and creating and managing a library of templates for brochures, reports, and presentations.

You will be responsible for maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints, developing and maintaining a library of version-controlled creative assets, and providing leadership and guidance on creative concepts and development of creative project requirements.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing, maintaining, and improving resources and creative internal processes, developing and articulating briefs to freelancers and/or creative agencies to ensure quality and effectiveness of deliverables, and creating, revising, and developing graphics, collateral, and branded materials for a variety of outlets such as print, video, web, social media, and RFPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong competency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and experience with video editing in Premiere Pro and photography are considered assets.

A basic understanding of UX best practices and agency-side experience are also considered assets. Candidates are asked to submit a portfolio of their work with their resume.
