Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Pincher Creek. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
Manage Food and Service QualityEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
