Medical Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team in Westbank, LA. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of Primary Care Physicians
  • Oversee the clinical operations of the healthcare facility
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Current Louisiana medical license
  • BLS certification
  • Active DEA license
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required; 5 years preferred
