We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team at The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of primary care physicians
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Current Louisiana medical license
- Active DEA license
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
