Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects from conception through completion.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Marketing Automation: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with co-workers and association members.
- Time Management: Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
