Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.
  3. Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects from conception through completion.
  4. Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  6. Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Marketing Automation: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
  8. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with co-workers and association members.
  9. Time Management: Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  10. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  1. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of both English and French.
  2. Social Media Management: Expertise in social media management tool e.g. Hootsuite.
  3. Marketing Automation: Proficiency in marketing automation and email tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact.
  4. Website Management: Proficiency using WordPress, specifically knowledge in updating and managing websites.
  5. Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
  6. Project Management: Expertise with Project Management tools, preferably in Trello.
  7. SEO: Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  8. Microsoft Office: High Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
