Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Onesto Truck Lines Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from our trucks, ensuring that all cargo is properly secured and accounted for.
- Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Operate and maintain our fleet of trucks, performing regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that our vehicles are in good working condition.
- Oversee Vehicle Condition: Regularly inspect our vehicles to ensure that they are in good working condition, and perform any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate with Dispatch: Communicate with our dispatch team to receive and relay information about our routes, cargo, and any issues that may arise.
- Record and Maintain Logs: Maintain accurate records of our routes, cargo, and hours of service, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement, Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
