Retail Store Supervisor

As a Retail Store Supervisor at CANADA INC., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This leadership role requires a strong ability to manage sales teams, maintain inventory, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage sales staff, including assigning duties and conducting performance reviews.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Team player with initiative and a willingness to learn.
Our retail store is located in a busy area with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and attention to detail is essential. As a team player, you will be working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 hours per week.
