We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our telecommunications division.



Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our telecommunications business, including managing resources, implementing policies, and ensuring the overall success of the division.


As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities

  • Resource Management: Allocate human, material, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Negotiations and Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection and Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems, as well as work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Control: Monitor financial control systems, establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control.
  • Human Resources Planning: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.


Requirements

  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
  • Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management, strategic planning, and financial statements.
  • Specialization: Expertise in accounting and financial services, financial examination, and financial planning.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
