Position Summary

This role assists the management team in daily store operations. Responsibilities include some management functions, opening/closing store, overseeing production/retail operations, and ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Offer leadership, guidance, training, and professional development in a positive environment to motivate staff and achieve departmental goals.
• Foster a positive work environment where employment relationship matters are minimized.
• Assist in preparing performance evaluations, goal setting conversations, and work schedules.
• Maintain the store/department in a clean, safe, and organized manner with merchandise appropriately displayed.
• Document and report concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

• One year of supervisory experience. Retail experience is beneficial.

• Basic computer skills, email, internet use, Microsoft Word, and Excel proficiency.

• CA Driver's License, driving record acceptable to our insurance company requirements, and an insured reliable vehicle are preferred.
