About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at MR Quality Foods Ltd. as a Retail Butcher Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer specifications
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Remove bones from meat to ensure quality and safety
  • Weigh and label meats for sale
  • Grind meats as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
