Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory levels.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
