Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and driving our strategic goals forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to support the smooth operation of our organization
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
