About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Tenaris. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing the reliability and maintainability of our equipment, developing and supervising the execution of preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring systematic analysis and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Supervise the execution of preventive maintenance plans, ensuring systematic analysis and corrective actions.
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to research and assess new equipment and technologies.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure costs are within agreed limits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
- Participate in the development of maintenance information systems and support actions as required.
- Interact with internal and external contacts with a high level of autonomy.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably in a heavy manufacturing steel environment.
- Experience with maintaining electrical and electronic equipment, including AC and DC motor drives, VFD systems, and PLCs.
- Ability to perform failure analysis and provide solution-based ideas.
- Exceptional mechanical troubleshooting skills and conflict management abilities.
- Intermediate Excel and Office skills.
- Safety and quality-minded, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and analytical skills.
