Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Gong Cha Bubble Tea. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, such as fruits, vegetables, and proteins, according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and positive attitude.
Work Conditions:

Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.

Language:

English.

Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
