Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10097579 MANITOBA LTD. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports, to ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the food service team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player.
