Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Crisanti Investments LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries: Compile and present food order summaries to the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
