Divisional Director of Video and AI

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team as Divisional Director of Video and AI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the product development of our video product lines, including the machine vision and artificial intelligence group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technology vision and roadmap for our video product lines
  • Lead a team of technology professionals in developing and delivering software products to the enterprise market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
  • Evaluate new and emerging technologies to guide research and development focus
  • Manage the video product development, video product technical and technological management, and AI/Machine Vision teams

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading technology product development and product architecture
  • 5-10 years of experience leading both a development team and driving product marketing
  • Experience in skilled hiring, developing, leading, motivating, and coaching a cross-section of technology professionals in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to develop a product vision by understanding, documenting, and prioritizing the requirements of the market, including the detailed requirements of end users based on daily use cases
