As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the movement of aircraft to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare flight dossiers, taking into account weather conditions, air routes, aircraft performance, and international regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with air traffic control, airports, and customs agencies to ensure smooth international flight operations.
  • Monitor flights in real-time and adjust flight plans as needed due to weather changes or operational contingencies.
Requirements:
  • A valid Flight Dispatcher License issued by Transport Canada.
  • Proven experience in flight dispatching, including expertise in international flight operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ICAO regulations, NOTAMs, flight plans, and international customs requirements.
