We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at RhynoCare in the Milton area.
This role involves providing nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
Responsibilities:- To provide timely and accessible admissions for residents, including comprehensive orientations to the home and services offered.
- To ensure resident transfers and discharges are safe and timely.
- To maintain accurate records of medication management and control.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The ability to work effectively with others and respect resident autonomy and privacy.
We offer a competitive salary range: $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical clearance, vaccination requirements, and COVID-19 prevention protocols.
