Job Title: Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: South West Area
We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our client across the South West area. The successful candidate will have at least one year's PQE to undertake all aspects of employment law, including tribunal work for employees and businesses, settlement agreements, and employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full employment caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Providing sound commercial and legal advice to a highly varied client base
- Covering the full remit of employment law, including policy and procedures, restrictive covenant and related issues
Requirements:
- At least one year's PQE in employment law
- Ability to work with a highly varied client base
- Diplomatic skills and sound judgement
