Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Territory Sales Director in the York/Peel/Toronto Region for SANY Canada. The Territory Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Sales and Customer Service: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Training and Sales Management: Provide training and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the market.
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and close deals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication and Sales Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service: Proven track record of success in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the construction and heavy machinery industry.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Knowledge of the Construction and Heavy Machinery Industry: Familiarity with the industry and its trends, as well as knowledge of SANY Canada's products and services.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
