Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at T's Cannabis. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and engagement
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
