We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Cranbrook, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client retention and growth.
- Identify and address clients' business challenges, acting as a client advocate to provide recommendations and solutions.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing knowledge of underwriting principles and industry expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 6+ months of industry experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building authentic client relationships.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
