About the Position

We are looking for an accomplished professor in environmental studies to teach and conduct research in their field of specialization. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising students on research matters, conducting research, and teaching university subjects.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary, estimated at CAD $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, benefits include dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, paid time off, and subsidized public transportation.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and skills in environmental science, as well as experience in academia.
  • The Environmental Professor will be responsible for preparing and administering courses, grading assignments, and performing administrative tasks.
  • The professor will also serve on faculty committees and participate in departmental meetings.
Requirements
  • A doctorate degree in environmental science or a related field is required.
  • Experience in academia, particularly in teaching and research, is highly valued.
  • The ability to relocate for this position is preferred.
