Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Identify and select merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demand.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Locate and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and availability.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations to ensure adequate resources.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
