Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Downtown Mohali Developments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing budgets, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative services, including record management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Manage events and organize and maintain inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services.
- Excellent oral communication and team player skills.
- Time management and work under pressure skills.
- MS Excel and MS Word skills.
The Operations Manager will work in a general office setting with a team of 3-4 people. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The Operations Manager will work 30 hours per week.
