About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at O2 Consulting. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to resolve issues.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
