Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Full House Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and submit reports on food costs, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
