As a Pricing Analyst with L3Harris MAPPS Inc., you will play a key role in developing and analyzing potential cost requirements for proposals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who collaborates cross-functionally with various individuals across the organization.

About the Job
  • You will contribute to the development and execution of a cost proposal plan from a pricing perspective.
  • You will compile cost elements in the development of proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
  • You will develop an understanding and ability to implement and mentor internal cost proposal processes and procedures as well as external Government contracting regulations to co-workers and internal customers.
  • You will conduct proposal analysis and provide recommendations leading to a current complete and accurate cost volume.
  • You will work with other functional areas in presenting cost proposal data for approval to functional as well as executive level management.
  • You will interface and support both internal and external customers in support of post-proposal submission audit, fact-finding, and negotiations.
  • You will acquire and execute expert-level knowledge of internal estimate gathering and pricing tools. Use that knowledge in an administrative role to support system users.
  • You will utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to produce meaningful cost models and accurate, timely reports.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred) or equivalent experience in the financial arena.
  • 4 or more years of financial analysis, pricing, or program finance/management experience in the defense industry preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel required.
  • Must be able to multitask and function in a fast-paced proposal environment and collaborate with Business Development and Proposal teams to develop pricing and win strategies while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence.
  • A demonstrated ability to articulate oral and written communications to individual contributors, management up to and including corporate executives, and customers.
  • Verbal and written communication in both French and English.
