About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Superior Wash. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Process payments, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card transactions
  • Scan items and receive payment for goods or services
  • Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
