About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Gardener Helper to join our team at RLawn. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and looking their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting grass, raking, and collecting refuse.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Gardener Helper, you will work outdoors in a variety of settings, including private residences and landscape contractor sites. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our clients' goals.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
