Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at I Hop Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
