We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Aljazeera Supermarket Inc. as a key member of our meat department.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cutting and trimming meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cutting, wrapping, and packaging prepared meats
- Removing bones from meat and weighing meats for sale
- Cutting poultry into parts and pricing meat products
- Selling meats to customers and supervising other butchers and meat cutters
- Grinding meats and training meat cutters
- Making special sausages and preparing special orders
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
- Permanent employment
- 30 hours per week
- English language proficiency
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
