Building Maintenance Supervisor

At RH Radiant Home Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Advertise vacancies to attract new talent.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks to maintain a secure environment.
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of our properties.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the appearance and integrity of our properties.
  • Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and make decisions as needed.
