Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to work in a variety of settings, including indoor and outdoor environments.
