Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, addressing customer concerns, and providing exceptional service to drive customer loyalty.
- Store Operations: Manage store appearance, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
