Job Title: Early Childhood Educator - Child Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at My Empower Therapy Pediatrics. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure the highest quality care and education for children.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Lead engaging activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, to foster creativity and imagination in children.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure the well-being and safety of children.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in our before- and after-school programs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other early childhood educators and assistants.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
