Specialty Care Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists and allied health professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our biologics products and their applications in the healthcare environment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that impact our business.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including implementing new initiatives and monitoring progress against business plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong business planning and ROI analysis skills, with the ability to leverage a network of specialists and allied health care professionals.
- Biologics Experience: Previous experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on biologics or rare diseases.
- Learning Agility: Strong ability to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and market trends.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor, and review projects.
