  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze process metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, team leadership, and business growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Canadian English).
