Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our Allied Health team at Vancouver General Hospital. As a Senior Educator and Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and educational support to designated staff within Vancouver Coastal Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.
  • Consult with other healthcare providers to improve client care and develop new clinical practices.
  • Lead knowledge transfer of best practice evidence and modify techniques to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five years' recent experience in Speech Language Pathology, preferably in education and leadership roles.
  • A Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Current full registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $57.61 - $71.24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, as well as municipal pension plan.
