Become a Pastry Chef-DecoratorAre you passionate about food and motivated to learn? Do you have a talent for cake decoration and a keen eye for presentation?
We're looking for a skilled pastry chef-decorator to join our team at IGA. As a pastry chef-decorator, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and creativity while working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer needs and special requests by providing high-quality products that exceed their expectations.
- Promote sales in the bakery department by innovating and ensuring exceptional product variety and freshness.
- Plan production efficiently to meet the needs of the establishment.
- Plan and control dry goods and perishable purchases to optimize quality, product production, and profits.
What You'll Need:
- Relevant experience in cake preparation and decoration.
- A professional degree in pastry or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
