Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing top-notch service and expertly crafted cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management and ordering
  • Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, wine list, and cocktail offerings
  • Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs
  • Manage guest tabs and ensure accurate ordering and payment processing
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • SmartServe certification
  • Proven experience as a bartender for at least 6 months
  • Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and/or Special Events program is an asset
  • Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge is required
  • WSET certification preferred but not required
  • Passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and move beer kegs, liquor, and wine boxes
  • Full availability
