Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering integrated campaigns, digital projects, and web campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project follow-up.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the production of integrated marketing communications projects, including print, digital, video, and radio.
  • Problem-Solving: Offer creative solutions to problems that may arise during projects, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a genuine sense of responsibility for the team's success.
  • Advisory Role: Advise clients on best practices in marketing and advertising, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, mobilizing an integrated team to deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 to 4 years of experience in advertising or communications, with a strong background in project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
