Job Summary

The Silver Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at The Anndore House. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning, making sure to replenish supplies and deliver items on loan to guests.
  • Make beds according to hotel standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets and spring cleaning, as required.
  • Attend to guest calls and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
