Job Title: Sessional Lecturer, Psychology, University of Saskatchewan

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sessional Lecturer to teach in the Department of Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in psychology, as well as marking assignments and examinations, supervising marking assistants, and holding regular office hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate courses in psychology
  • Mark assignments and examinations
  • Supervise marking assistants
  • Hold regular office hours
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology or a related field
  • Experience in teaching and research in psychology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Application Process:

Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and teaching dossier, including copies of most recent teaching evaluations. Returning candidates should also submit an updated curriculum vitae and most recent teaching evaluations.

Stipends:

We offer competitive stipends and a compensation package that is comparable with the University of Saskatchewan.

Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in psychology. Demonstrated experience in the area of the course is expected. Candidates with a Master's degree and appropriate experience will also be considered.
