We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Wanda Trading. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Identify, label, and catalogue received items accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and other documentation as required.
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, storing them in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • Maintain accurate records on the inventory control system, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
