Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Wanda Trading is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Identify, label, and catalogue received items, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records on the inventory control system, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and other necessary documents to support warehouse operations.
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles are required.
