Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Manager to join our team at Progress Land Services Ltd. As a key member of our land administration team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of land projects, including surface land acquisitions, construction, and reclamation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate land projects from public consultation to regulatory compliance, construction, and reclamation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, lawyers, engineers, surveyors, and industry peers.
- Consult and acquire surface interests for various projects.
- Manage project teams and provide direction and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Land Agent Diploma or similar alternative.
- Valid Alberta Land Agents License (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Valid Commissioners for Oaths in the Western Provinces.
